Had to break my lease my grandmother died she left me a house so had to move in to it. I paid them two months rent and gave an advanced notice for leaving and they’re still going to charge me a fee for breaking the lease after I have paid them 5k for the last two months. I have a child on the way and they are constantly messaging me and harassing me about sending me to collections for the fee even though I have tried to explain to them my situation. I gave them 5k after I’ve been paying bills... etc and trying to save money for my daughter on the way at my current residency which I inherited. One of the biggest highlights is the management and maintenance team. They are friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever assistance is needed. The grounds are always clean, and it’s clear that a lot of... care goes into keeping the property looking its best.

I have lived here at The Watts now for almost 3 years. I can tell you without reservation that you will find no better in the Huntsville area. Apartments are newer and have all the modern conveniences and amenities. There is a great pool area...gym (best anywhere), clubhouse, pet area, etc. The grounds are kept immaculate right down to the edging. It's just a beautiful and comfortable place to live. The gals who manage this place have something going on for all ages almost everyday of... the week. (unheard of anywhere). Residents are considerate and friendly... Never, a shortage of parking spaces and even a few of Huntsville's finest live here. Personally, I have only had one maintenance issue that was resolved in less than a hour. The icing on the cake... walk down the sidewalk from any building to a new private bridge that takes you right into Hayes Preserve for walking, jogging, biking, and Yes fishing.
