Most reviews are old on here thats why it’s higher than it should be. It usually takes more than one trip to get something fixed. Windows are dirty when we moved in and now I see water gets in through them. It took a long time to get a moldy ceiling fixed, should have not moved in till it was. Unfortunately some people tend not to pick up their trash outside, which is unattractive ?? neighbors are nice and location is nice, those are the best things going for this place.

Tammy is the best! She is a hard worker and she is extremely nice to everyone. She does everything she can to please the tenants, and make sure all of of our requests are met. We’re never leaving! #greatplacetolive

BE CAREFUL STAYING HERE
We stayed here over a year, our AC went out multiple times, some in the middle of the night. Upstairs unit leaked into ours and caved our ceiling in. We woke up in 85 degree air at 3 am with nobody to fix our AC. The lady Melissa that runs it is so cheap she wouldn’t even buy new toilet seats for new tenants. She will send you to collections for dirty carpets, be very careful messing with this place. I would never in my life recommend this place

Really Deserves No Stars
This complex is run down. Mgmt puts money in her pocket and known fact. If you are looking asj resisenta that have been long time residents. Mgmt will say anything to get you in. Constant repairs that get done eventually. Cannot keep maintenance and been through quite a few. Laundry room baseboards are FILTHY! Always something wrong. Mgmt also will not fix parking lights bc she doesn't want to pay to have them put in which require a lift. SAFETY HAZARD. These ppl are on verge of lawsuit. It will... happen eventually. At one point no hot water in laundry room. Pool was HUGE issue in past 4 times w/health dept. Put your money someplace else. Thier are better apt. complexes that are run with efficiency and upkeep.

Never seen A Place Run Like This
They use pictures not associated with this place. The pictures that are associated with here is nothing like they have advertised. Grounds are not kept up. Long time tenants are frustrated. Come by and see for yourself. Don't believe mgmt. They will do and say anything to get you in. Walk around for yourself!
