I’ve been living at this apartment complex for about 2 years and since being here it’s changed management about 3 times, however, all are the same. They are only good at charging you a bunch of miscellaneous fees and not getting any work done. The pool has been out of service since I’ve been here, there are raccoons in the ceilings and they are damaging said ceiling and God forbid you need maintenance done, they will just mark the request as completed and never show up and when you tell... management they won’t do anything about it. It is not an ideal place to live, the rent is decent but NOT worth the headache.

New Management - Great Apartments
The new management has come in and taken such good care of the Residences at the Overlook. The location is ideal, the amenities are great, and the pool will be back open this summer!

Unprofessional
I booked an appointment to view an apartment and nobody was in the leasing office when I went there. I waited for 30 minutes and texted the number I was talking to and got no response.
