I’m sorry to hear that your experience over the past year has not met the expectations set when you first... moved in. The concerns you’ve raised regarding programming, community engagement, and the overall appearance of the property are important, and I take them very seriously.
We are actively working to enhance our lifestyle offerings, including bringing back more art, creative, and educational programming that aligns with what our residents enjoy and were originally promised. Your feedback helps guide those efforts.
Regarding the condition of the hallways, I agree that maintaining a clean and welcoming environment is essential. We are addressing the carpeting concerns and evaluating solutions to improve the overall appearance of our community.
I also want to sincerely apologize if I have not yet had the opportunity to properly introduce myself or connect with you and other residents. Building strong relationships and being present is a top priority for me, and I will be increasing my visibility and engagement moving forward.
In regard to the front office coverage, I understand your concern. Our goal is always to ensure the office remains accessible during business hours, and I will be reinforcing expectations with the team to prevent any service interruptions.
