I’m so very impressed with Jaime and Billy. I went in to the office this morning and met with Tammy to sign my lease for 2026. I mentioned a small problem with my toilet. She immediately put in a work order, and within the hour Billy and Jaime from maintenance were out to fix it. I’ve been at the Villas since January 2025 and couldn’t be happier. I love my apartment, and the staff are so kind and friendly. Thank you Tammy, Adriana, Jaime, and Billy.

Maintenance crew is the best!
Thorough, courteous, skilled and trustworthy. Snafu with ceiling light was repaired quickly and correctly. These guys are smart. Knowledgeable and real pros.

Fire Alarms.
Needed fire alarm batteries replace and placed a work order. Jaime replaced them for me. Very satisfied with his performance.

Review
I called the office for a repair in my bathroom and within an hour Billy was at my apartment and fixed the repair. Very quick service I am very pleased great place to live.

Wonderful communications and service
I want to express my appreciation to Jaime, Billy, Adrianna, and Tammy. I’ve been in my apartment for just a month, and they have been so supportive with getting me settled in and addressing any maintenance needs. Thank you so very much. Jaimie did a great job changing out my toilets, and Billy as well with changing my smoke detectors. You are all very kind, and I feel very secure in my new home. Marlene
