This is one of the best senior luxury apartments building that I have ever lived at. It is centrally located at downtown Burbank with easy access to hotels, restaurants, post office, banks, and major shopping centers. The community is very welcoming and accommodating plus the staff are courteous and most helpful. It’s definitely a gem in the heart of Burbank!

I moved in 1 year ago and absolutely love it here. They take such good care of us. The people in the office are always there to help with anything. And the facility is so clean and is constantly being cleaned. There are tons of activites and things to do. Heated pool year round -need I say more?) Jacuzzi too! I just won $$ at bingo last night and there are poker and other games too. The security is top notch. I'm still working full time but couldn't have found a better place to land and... still be in my favorite city Burbank.

I moved to Olive Plaza Apartments in late 2008 when I retired. In the 13 years since I've never regretted it. The number of amenities is outstanding. Even more is the care the management gives to keeping up the premises. Even more gratifying is how quick and well management takes care of the (very rare) problems. This remained true throughout the worst of the pandemic. I remain amazed and happy I move here.
