I'm a care provider for a couple of clients that live here. The grounds are always clean. There's a gardener who keeps the landscaping trimmed always. The clubhouse and laundry area are always tidy and in working order. The on-site staff makes coffee daily and leaves treats in the clubhouse for residents and guests. I really enjoy working here. No bugs, no crawly things. Very nice place.

My three direct neighbors all smoke. The lease says they will address smoking, but they turn a blind eye. I have dealt with this for over a year and a half. The smoke enters the apartment. It sucks! I hate living hear. Management appear to have apopted an attitude that it is my problem to fix. Avoid this place like the plague.
