Swimming pool and steam roo I have been here over a month and the swimming pool still isn't working. I've heard that when it is fixed they wont be heating it. Pool a large reason i move here. A heated pool all year long is the prime reason i moved here. I have been told by tenants that the steam room has been locked fo a long time with no explanation.

My mother has lived here when it was arcade creek. Since the new owners bought the place and raised rents on fixed income seniors the maintenance of the building has become extremely lacking. My siblings and I would live nothing more than to get my mother out of there but with the economy it’s very difficult. She has had to deal with bedbugs in her apartment from neighboring apartments. Smoke alarms that go off for days at a time over the weekend leaving her with little sleep. Ceilings that... have exploded due to old pipes that just bust and really shoddy fixes that leave big discolored weird stains and holes in the ceilings. Her WiFi and cable has been non existent for 7 weeks now. I’m fairly certain with all the shoddy water repair jobs the apartments have mold and the trees are overgrown by old auburn dropping so much crap all over the place. I’ve seen areas where sprinklers and water systems for landscaping have broken collecting standing water and really gross standing water. It’s very frustrated to see our mother pay good hard earned money to not have her living spot taken care of properly. This is nothing against the manager who tries very hard to keep up with things but the skills and amount of maintenance workers are too few.

If you have another choice rent elsewhere. Hopefully the owners will see this and decide to do better by their tenants. Read More
