Before I moved to Casa Grande Senior Apartments in Corona, CA I visited my father in law almost daily for 5 years, until he passed. I was always struck with how well the grounds were kept up, how clean the pool and deck were, and the size and value of the apartment. When it came time for me to downsize from a 3-bedroom house to an apartment, I did not hesitate to put my name on the waiting list to move in. To my surprise, an apartment opened within 2 weeks of my application. I have now lived... here for almost 8 years. The current Manager and her staff are the BEST I have ever encountered here. They are quick to address any issues I've had (very few), and I don't even have to change a light bulb! I'm proud to have family and friends visit me here, and they are actually a little envious of me. It is a great place for you or your loved ones to live an active retirement.

I have been living here for a few years now and I wasn’t satisfied with management and how things were handled until Loretta Chavez came on board and what a world of difference. Her and office help go way beyond to make sure tenants are happy and things handled in a timely fashion. There has been an outpouring of gratefulness from the tenants . The apartment is the right size for me and things are taken care of when I need help. I would recommend to anyone to live here.

I have lived at Casa Grande for 4 wonderful years. I would differently recommend coming here and live your best life. The staff are very eager to always assist. The Manager is everyone’s best friend! You will not believe the activities every week and the parties given by management, several a year. Never a dull moment. The grounds are beautiful. It’s like living in your own secret garden. The tenants are great, but the management staff are a complete joke! After raising everyone's rent well over $100 a month, a friend of mine that lives there went to office to ask for maintenance to fix his screen door. The newly hired asst manager assured him they would be there that same day to fix. Of course they didn't show. Upon inquiring about the no show he was told and i quote "IF YOU DONT LIKE IT, THEN MOVE OUT." Now that's professional way to act to your tenants who pay good money to... live there. I mean the management takes away already limited parking in the front of complex from elderly people so that they themselves don't have to park in the huge parking lot in the back and walk up to their office in the front.
