The hardwood floors are attractive and easy to clean. The kitchen has tons of cabinets, and is an open design. There are plenty of windows all around the unit, and lots of closets. Both bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans with adjustable lights. Our corner unit even has two exits onto the patio. The laundry is in a common area, and the unit doesn't include a microwave. But the benefits far outweigh the other factors.
