Prepare for the asylum
HERE is a list of pro's and cons:
Pros: cheap rent, free pg&e and free cable.
CONS: This place is infested with drugs(a lot of meth), you are watched as if you are in a prison (if you are not the staff's good side, they will find a reason to evict you),the tenants have nothing and will try to use you for whatever you have that they do not -these people have nothing and will befriend you to get it.
This is just a small list of the cons. SO IF A SEVERELY DRUG INFESTED, AND I CANNOT STRESS THAT... ENOUGH, DOES NOT BOTHER YOU THEN THIS THE PLACE FOR YOU. AND DEPENDING ON WHAT ROOM, SOME HAVE A NICE VIEW.
