Think Twice Before Renting at Pacific Place Apartments

My experience at Pacific Place Apartments has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this community.

My father and I are disabled tenants, and for well over a year we have repeatedly requested disability-related reasonable accommodations. In our experience, many of those requests have been delayed for months, and communication from management has been slow, inconsistent, and often unhelpful.

The property has also had ongoing habitability concerns during our tenancy, including...
rodents, roaches, overflowing trash, and maintenance issues. Despite repeated reports, we have not been satisfied with how these problems have been addressed.

Rodents damaged my vehicle while it was parked on the property, resulting in expensive repairs. I also incurred emergency locksmith expenses when I needed assistance after hours. In my experience, management did not reimburse those costs.

Our concerns about excessive noise, barking dogs, and other issues affecting our ability to peacefully enjoy our home have also been frustrating to resolve.

During our tenancy, there was a change in property management. One property manager is no longer with the property, and the current management has not, in my experience, improved communication or resolved many of the issues we have raised.

If you are a person with disabilities or expect responsive property management, I encourage you to ask detailed questions about maintenance response times, reasonable accommodation procedures, and how tenant concerns are handled before signing a lease.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Pacific Place Apartments.

Awesome Place to Live!

I've been a resident at Pacific Place Apartments on Milton Ave. and I can honestly say it's been one of the best living experiences I've had. From the moment I toured the property, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs.

The apartment itself is well-maintained and the floor plan makes great use of the space. The grounds are kept clean and tidy, which really adds to the overall feel of the community. I always feel safe and comfortable coming home.

What really...
sets Pacific Place apart is the management team — they're responsive and actually care about their residents. Any maintenance request I've submitted has been handled quickly and efficiently, which I truly appreciate.

The location in Fullerton is fantastic — close to shopping, dining, and easy freeway access, making everything convenient whether you're commuting or just exploring the area.

If you're looking for a great place to call home in Fullerton, look no further than Pacific Place. Highly recommend!

10 reasons not to live here

1. If you don't like mold, don't live here! Of course they don't disclose that to you until they take your deposit and you are all moved in. Then, they want you to hurry up and sign the lease papers, that's when they casually throw the mold notice in there. It is so wrong for them to do this. Moving is not easy and it can be costly for some people as well.

2. The pools are always dirty and unmaintained. It's really sad that during the heatwave nobody could use the pool. It's full of slime and...
moss
3. No grounds-keeper. The stairs and hallways leading to the garbage bins are riddled with garbage and flies. The whole alley is disgusting, full of trash and broken asphalt. The fountains in the courtyard only get turned on when they showing units for rent. The patio furniture is all dirty and dusty and one of the laundry rooms is infested with flies. They raise the rent but they don't maintain the property.
4. No Central AC.and poor insulation. Each apt. only comes with one outdated wall air conditioner in the living room. Even the apartments with multiple rooms only get one and it doesn't even work well. Definitely does not cool down all the rooms and it's very costly to use. In the winter, it's freezing; not all the heaters in the apartment work and the ones that do, cost an arm and a leg to use. The windows are cheap and old so the heat comes in during the summer and the cold in the winter. The bedroom during a heat wave, easily gets up to 90°plus, even with a fan on high.
5. Cheapest appliances they could get. The stove/ ovens are flimsy and don't heat evenly. Refrigerator and dish washer are old and don't work well. Bathrooms either don't have a fan or if it does its old, loud, painted over so it's hard to clean all the dust and sucks in heat in the summer.
6. Bad plumbing- In the middle of a shower the water will switch to really hot or really cold without you switching it yourself. Poor water pressure also and the toilets barely flush.
7. Poorly painted and neglected interior maintenance. Instead of cleaning and/ or replacing, they paint over everything including the bathroomshower/tubs. They don't even use the correct kind of paint because it starts chipping off right away and then old mold and rust are exposed.
You can see dust balls and hair that has been painted over on some of the walls.
8. They raise the rent but don't properly maintain the property.
9. The workout room is blazing hot..No air circulation.
10. Parking is a nightmare.

Lots of great changes

Resident of 6 years here. Management has upgraded the amenities and the building looks great. The 2 pools, gym and game room are definitely big upgrades. Would love to see more parking but hey it’s Fullerton...???????
