Accumulation of Garbage in garbage room and chute area, dogs poop and urine in hallways and elevators, car break-ins so frequently. Complained to landlord, they gave me a 60 days notice. Safety and Cleanliness not a priority at this place, yet they call it LUXURY Apartments...lol.

The best apartment building I have lived in. The leasing staff (Judith) was always beyond accommodating and willing to help during my time as a resident. She responded quickly to any question or need and made the move in and move out processes and everything in between go very smoothly. You would be lucky to call Harbor Grove home!
