A little better than average, IMHO. Terrible plumbing, however. Constant problems for all of us.

Great place to live
Management and maintenance personnel really care about residents. The grounds are always clean and apartments are kept in very good working order. I have lived here 13 years and it will be my "forever home"

Great place for seniors and disabled.
I have lived here for 40 years so I obviously love here. The Trolley and Bus is close by. Also shopping and a choice of restaurants are close by. Even the Social Security Office is close by.
