I have lived here for 9 yrs now. I really like the area, easy to access shopping, health facilities, etc.

Were it not for the aforementioned concerns regarding the upstairs neighbor as well as the attitude of the new, hopefully temporary office person, I would feel far more positive about my San Sebastian overall experience and of course support my friends or any senior’s potential interest in residing here.

I like living in Orange County California - we have always sunny and warm weather. I enjoy living in my specious apartment. Would be great, if Greystar would consider to replace the over 17 years old washer to a functional washer machine. Maintenance issue are fixed in a timely manner - 5 Stars for George and John. Both are very nice and always supportive.

Management should change the time when residents can use the gym / fitness center. The opening hours, should be identical with the pool hours. 8:00am - 10:00pm. NOT earlier than 8:00am

We are very happy living at the San Sebastian. We love the sense of community, the beautiful space, and quality of the apartment. Most of all we have such good neighbors, and residents living here really care for each other. Management is good and maintenance is excellent. We feel blessed to have found the San Sebastian as home for our retirement years.
