What we have here is a seniors only, reduced rent, 200 unit apartment complex. Where to start? Most of the buildings in the 2 story complex have extensive mold and /or mildew, which is evident in the black streaks outside the building and discoloration under cheap linoleum in the bathrooms. During the recent heat and humidity power went out to several apartments, even though management had been warned that power was going on and off in our neighbor's apt. several days ahead. No effort was made... to unlock the recreation center to provide relief from the heat for 3 days and nights.
