My neighbors are friendly and helpful without being obtrusive. The walking areas are safe and peaceful along the marina. Riding the water taxi is so relaxing. The September dances at Burton Chace Park are family- oriented and so much fun. The instructors choreograph dances to specific songs. The photo booth is free. The nearby library, Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, and Pavilions are other places to visit. The Marina del Rey mall is worthy of a varied shopping experience that feels like a movie... set.

Lovely place. Nice that it is a smaller complex. Maintenance has been excellent so hope they stay amidst any organizational changes. Do wish there was less turnover in mgmt as that is not a good thing.
