Living on the Peninsula in Monte Carlo is simply superb. The apartments are designed extraordinarily well from the fully equipped kitchen to the spacious bathroom to the spacious bedroom with a large walk-in closet to the living room with a fireplace including central heating / air with the relatively high ceilings, and tif that were not enough, to the all glass balcony door that spans the width of the living room with a wide open view of the boats floating in the dock.

Howard and I have had a great experience here at the Monte Carlo. We just moved here from Florida and love being here. All the residence here have been so great. They have helped us out so many times. We feel very blessed and lucky to have found the Monte Carlo.

The Monte Carlo is a great place to call your home. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that because we just moved here from Florida. It was a big move but so happy to be by family. Glad an apartment became available . Rose (Zeke)
