We were able to RELEASE BUTTERFLIES in our courtyard one Saturday morning for all the residents to watch from their balconies or up close to the butterflies . They were beautiful Painted Ladies butterflies and there were 15 in all. The residents seemed to fully enjoy the experience and came up to me later, a toddler Montessori teacher, to thank me for such a unique and beautiful experience. This couldn't have been as lovely without the help of Corinne, our Sales Manager. She sent alerts to... the residents by messaging about the time and location of the event .

Overture Rancho Santa Margarita has been a safe and friendly community to live in. Management has always been courteous and professional. They are also understanding and compassionate towards the needs of a population for active adults. Most of all, the maintenance team is trustworthy and dependable for quick and efficient repairs.
