I wanted to thank our maintenance crew, Jason and Juan for their speedy maintenance on my closet door handle that broke off and to adjust the tension on the bottom of the door, not to drag on the carpet and also hanging my towel rack in my bathroom in such a timely fashion. I couldn’t be more pleased!! ?? ?? Thank you Overture Admin Staff in the office that made this happen in such a timely fashion. I didn’t have to wait long at all.

Great so far! Clean and comfortable, enjoying the activities and meeting all the nice people, feel very safe here! I love that it’s so convenient for shopping and medical buildings and financial institutions and also close to services for my car. The apartment is very nice with updated light fixtures, ceiling fans & appliances. I like the layout and the patio. The walk-in large shower is very safe to have. I will definitely refer anyone that I know to live at this complex. The staff is great &... very helpful.
