There is no TV room, Not everyone has sufficient heat, there is no covered patio, there is no exercise room that works, there is no beautician, there is no spa or pool, there is no security gates that work. No one is in the office when you need them. Last but not least, there are roaches. Please take your time to find the right place for you. Nothing is perfect, but it should at least be livable. We are seniors, not children, and we will not stand for just anything!!

Amazing customer service!
It’s so frustrating only receiving emails or leaving VM. I Called before hours, and received a call back within the hour. Kenya is an amazing asset for this company. Spoke very professional, and continued to help even when I was confused! And could really feel his smile through the phone! He should be training new hires on customer service!!! Thank you again Kenya!!!
