Dunno what others are complaining about. I think the other people were just mad about something. I've lived hear for a long time and I like it. The manager is very sweet and nice. Never had any problems with mold, but I clean my apartment. The halls just got new carpet. No problems here!

Do NOT move here!!!
This entire property is riddled with mold behind the walls, under the carpet, and under the vinyl flooring. The management is rude and highly unprofessional. Cars are constantly getting broken into in the unsecured parking garage. The elvator is slow, and the grounds in the common areas and halls are filthy and unsanitary. A horrible place to live all the way around.

Terrible experience
I have just moved from 150 Haas Apartments and I have had a horrible experience. The property is managed by Pierron properties and they have very low moral standards. We have been charged for everything after moving out including rusty vertical rails for the blinds. Maybe this wouldn't be so bad if the apartment was properly insulated. I cleaned constantly because there was so much moisture and mold that would accumulate every two days even with open windows. The windows were leaky (hence the... rusted rails) which was out of my control. I made complaints about the moisture and was basically told it was nothing to be done. Also we had a final walk through and nothing was said about any of the cleaning that they claim they had to pay for. I cleaned this apartment with bleach for two days straight. We were charged $25 an hour X 10 hours (supposedly) to clean our 1 bdroom apartment. Statement included cleaning the heater, drawers, light fixtures, ect, which again was cleaned. This apartment was old when we moved in and we still treated it as new. I don't know how they sleep at night. I am so upset but I will let karma bite them. TAKE PICTURES when you move out. They will rob you. We have gotten every security deposit back after moving from any other apartment. So pathetic.
To add, nothing was said during our walk through. Supposedly everything was okay. Also this apartment hallway stinks, which we have also made written complaints about.
I called the apartment manager, her name is Susie and she is nice until you move out and try to get the money you deserve for cleaning. Then she will hang up and act like you don't exist.
