Great Location, Spacious Apartments, and Helpful Management Team

I have been living at this apartment complex for about 6 months, and I can say that the location is great. There is a supermarket across the street, as well as many other shops, restaurants, and medical facilities. The apartments are large and spacious. The management team has been great, especially Misty, Chase, and Josh, who have all been very helpful in addressing any issues that have come up. Overall, I have been very happy living here.

Nice apartments

Not a bad apartment at all. Nice and quiet community. Apartment was nicer than I expected and I never really had any issues. It was cool having a grocery store and side restaurants right across the street. If you want a nice apartment but a little pricey, this is a good place. Also I would recommend getting a garage to. It’s a shared space with 2-3 other cars but it’s better than parking in the lot.

It's alright

Living at Botanica Eastbridge is decent. Not really convenient to anything, for now! They'll be building a King Soopers & shops across the street in 2016. It will also be a lot better with the Stapleton light rail completed.

I HATE the call boxes/key fobs! I've gotten locked out of my apartment so many times (with my keys on me) because the call box doesn't work & I can't receive my deliveries either bc of them. They NEED to go back to a classic lock & key system. Not management's fault of...
course.

Overall, it's a quiet community that's GREAT if you have kids/a family. As a 24-year-old single woman, I am planning to move to somewhere with a younger crowd when my lease is up.
