This is my tenth year at sable ridge residences, and I have no intention of moving anytime soon. My\nNeighbors are great and management has been very effective and friendly. I will definitely recommend sable ridge residences as a place to live.

Sable Ridge Senior Residences South has an excellent record of completing all of the small work orders I’ve requested. They are very timely and efficient with repairs and when repairs are done they are efficient with no redos. Rauol completes the tasks efficiently the first time.
I’ve been more than satisfied with all of the work completed by the maintenance team.

Sable Ridge amenities are excellent. I have resided here for 7years now. Apartments are expensive would be my major concern and reason for leaving if I do.
