I have lived here at Affinity for almost one year now and I can honestly say that I love it. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The maintenance team goes beyond what is expected. They do their best to fix or repair the problem as soon as possible. There is an also a lot of things to do if you like to keep busy. I love the other residents and can now say most of them are like family. This was the best move for me!

Wonderful!
The staff is always around when I need them. I appreciate the speed that the team works especially the maintenance team! I really enjoy the events, the gardening group is active and fun to be a part of. If I ever feel the need for a glass of wine, I join my neighbors for our weekly happy hour. I look forward to a long future at Affinity at Fort Collins.

Uplifting Activites and Wonderful Staff
Every member of the staff here is always willing to answer questions and assist us in any way that they can. My partner and I moved in last Fall. Jonathan, Annabelle and Kai made the process as easy and stress free as possible. Any maintenance issues are taken care of almost before we finish submitting them! There are so many wonderful activities to choose from. We especially enjoyed the CSU Dance students who have shared with us their performances twice so far and taught us to join in as well... . We also enjoyed the Game Show that got everyone singing and dancing. Paint and Sip has become a favorite of ours too. The people who live here are all thpughtful andwelcoming.

Affinity Fort Collins presents a range of positive aspects, including robust security measures, meticulously maintained grounds, an appealing location, and efficient maintenance services. Nonetheless, the apartment's cooling system, reliant on a window air conditioner, proves to be significantly inadequate. The interior design could be characterized as retro, featuring Formica-style countertops and white appliances. Storage is somewhat limited, with just a single reach-in closet provided in the... bedroom. The balconies, while petite, can accommodate either a chair or a person, but regrettably, it is difficult to do both simultaneously. The community is marketed as an active 55 living space, although observations suggest a leaning toward a pre-nursing home environment, as evidenced by the prevalence of individuals utilizing walkers. A variety of weekly events are on offer, although many of these appear to consist of presentations by businesses targeting the elderly demographic for sales.
