I’d give this apartment complex a 4/5 overall. Maintenance has always been solid and things have definitely improved over the years, especially with the newer office staff. Been living here for 5 years now. Occasionally, there's free food in the office. Maintenance does a great job and is quick to get here. The neighborhood is very walkable.
