I love living here! Everyone is so friendly and kind, every interaction I have with absolutely anyone is positive. This will be my 3rd year living here and it definitely feels like home. Can’t say enough positive things. Maintenance is quick, responsive, and thorough. The property managers go above and beyond. The property is well maintained. I’ve made a lot of friends around the property and it’s just a pleasant place to call home.

I’ve lived here for the past 4 years, and overall, it’s been an okay experience — not amazing, not terrible. The location is convenient, and the apartment itself has decent space and layout. Maintenance is responsive and Matt works super hard, though sometimes it takes a couple of follow-ups to get things fully resolved.
However, over time I noticed the building could use some updates — common areas aren’t always well-kept, and sometimes noise from neighbors or the parking lot can be an issue.... Rent increases each year were expected but still a bit frustrating, especially considering the amenities didn’t really improve.
In short, it’s been a decent place to live, but I’m ready to move on and hope the next spot offers a bit more for the price

This community Renew Foothills is a wonderful and very inclusive environment and very nice community. The dog park is easily accessible as well as the gym. The residents I’ve met in passing and while cooking at the patio area are very friendly!! So excited to be a resident here :)
