Been living here for 5 years now. Occasionally, there's free food in the office. Maintenance does a great job and is quick to get here. The neighborhood is very walkable.

The location is convenient, the community feels safe, and maintenance has always responded quickly when needed. Noise levels vary depending on neighbors, and parking can occasionally be frustrating.

Everyone was very helpful and they are on top of maintenance. I needed a new patio since some of the boards were going bad they noticed and fixed it before I asked.

I’ve had a really positive experience living here. Matt in maintenance is amazing! He is always responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about fixing things the right way. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Josiah, the manager, is also fantastic. He’s approachable, communicative, and does a great job making residents feel heard and supported. It really makes a difference having a team like this. Highly recommend!
