I have lived here at Avenida at Centerra on the first floor. I really loved my apartment but I felt like I needed a better view. When one came up on the third floor in a corner unit I just had to move. I see beautiful sunsets. I can see the southern mountains and I just love it. My favorite thing about living here is all the wonderful residents. I feel like I have a lot of friends here and there are so many activities to do.

Our maintenance crew are exceptional. No problem there. The problem seems to be lack of upper management’s approval to replace the defective ac unit.
