Been here for years. It is pretty new since 10/2018. The management is great. We have a great community room, good size rooms and a community room with a kitchen and a library. The aesthetics inside and out is very nice. With a gazebo and a deck with a grill. Maintenance is good the apartments are cleaned great for new occupants or for people moving from one apartment to another. Laundry is good. They have 4 front loaders (they are not a favorite for me), 4 top loaders and 8 dryers. People here... are friendly and lots of them start activities for anyone to join crafts, movie night, bingo and more. Everything is close Stop & Shop, Aldi‘s and lots more.

Black Mold
I lived here for 5 1/2 years and I had to move because the place is infested with black mold. It’s in the washing machines and it’s in each apartment unit because they never clean the central air vents. I was in the hospital three times while I lived there. I do not recommend this place.
