Because sometimes LIFE be LIFEING, lol, and some directions are needed. Security, front desk, deliveries ECT, and pet friendly. The building is always neat and clean. Pool, grills, gym, outdoor and indoor sitting areas and party rooms. We still have great community events. Walking distance to the subway, Aldi's and other eateries. If... you're looking for a good and safe community, The Modern at Art Place is the spot. Enjoy life to the fullest, stress free!!!

I had all the greater time to do my reviewing of my beautiful building of many models of awesome sights of various statues and the awesomeness of my apartment of my likness that cannot explain my life span living here at The Modern at Art Place that I should had moved here long ago; All the new sculptures around the area, the activities given to the residence's, I am so sorry I had been missing some of the activities due to my work load; but believe you me I love the Modern

I moved to Modern At Art Place in May of 2025, so far I like the look and style of this building, when you walk in you see beautiful art inside and the building is so clean and well maintained , it’s a beautiful view at night from your Living Room Window and rooftop, I love walking around the neighborhood it’s so peaceful and relaxing to me.
