BEAUTIFUL BUILDING - VERY HELPFUL STAFF
While there was very limited information and photos about this property on the internet. I scheduled a tour of the building with Jovan in the leasing office.
The building is well maintained, Updated furniture in the common areas, a business center, hard wood flooring (it looks like wood), controlled access for all doors and a rooftop deck with views of the city.
There are stainless steel appliances in the kitchen with beautiful backsplash, plenty of storage in the kitchen and bathroom,... ample closet space and a elevator in the building.
The neighborhood is walkable and close to shopping and coffee cafes.
Jovan was Very Helpful and Very Pleasant in the leasing office.
