Management is totally unresponsive. They are allowing smoking in the rooms. We have tried for 5 years to get management to make a chain smoker move, and the whole hallway stinks from it.
The walls are paper thin, you can hear a normal conversation in the next apartment. They advertise high speed internet access. That is a lie. You may purchase it from Charter Spectrum for $71/month. They advertise an exercise room. It is a dump for broken equipment and not much more. The carpet in the lobby,... halls, community room and elevator is filthy, 14 years old and totally disgusting. There is no generator for emergency elevator service in the event of an electrical outage. People in wheelchairs are trapped on the upper floors when the power goes out. Alarms go off and we are forced to listen to them for hours, because there is no one available to turn them off.
There are 2 bullies that seem to be encouraged by management. They are allowed to talk to other residents like they are dirt, do as they please and walk all over others. Most residents stay locked up in their apartments to avoid having to deal with them. If you try to help others in the building, they heap criticism and scorn on you and treat you like a criminal.
