No AC all summer
I have gone 2 months without properly working AC at the complex and both maintenance and the front office have done nothing to help the issue. Went on a trip for 4 days and since the AC was not working it smelled of mold when I came back. We had to buy a fan of our own to help with the surging temperatures of summer in Florida. They have offered no compensation whatsoever. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

We sincerely regret any... inconvenience this situation may have caused and want to assure you that your experience does not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. We understand that a portable AC unit was provided as a temporary measure while the necessary repairs were being addressed. While we’re glad, we were able to provide some relief, we also understand that a portable unit is not a permanent solution or a substitute for a fully functioning AC system.
After speaking with our on-site team, we understand that the necessary repairs to your AC have since been completed. We’d appreciate the opportunity to speak with you further and address any remaining concerns. Middle of summer with No AC
It’s been almost a month without a working AC. They keep opening and closing tickets without any actual progress. I have to visit the front office daily to even get updates on the problem. This property is badly managed and does not care to fix any of the issues. Stay away!

DO NOT RENT HERE: 3-Month Maintenance Nightmare (ZERO Compensation)
I am a current resident and I urge you to look elsewhere.
3 MONTHS WITHOUT KITCHEN LIGHTS (Aug 2025 - Oct 2025). This is a failure of basic living conditions. Management allowed this critical issue to drag on for nearly 90 days.
ZERO COMPENSATION. They offer no financial relief for this extreme inconvenience.
WORST MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION. Expect to wait weeks for any serious request to be addressed. The front desk staff are kind, but the management team is effectively non-existent and... completely ineffective.
If you value basic functionality and responsive management, ICON Daytona is a costly mistake.
Stay Away.

The location is awesome. The property is well maintained, the grounds are always very clean and the amenities are really nice. The theater is an extra bonus we have not seen at any other community. Great apartments and highly recommended.
