Everyone here is so kind and quick to help! Service requests are completed quickly and everything is clean. The community has a lot of social events as well.

So far so good. Downside is I can hear noise from the hallway and I weird humming noise that I was told was from the AC. Trash shute gets full quickly. The dryer doesn't dry properly and this is with half the load I use to wash to make sure everything dries.

I just moved in and this place feels like home. The amenities are out of this world and they host a lot of social events ! The people are really nice, There is free coffee in the morning and many areas to chill out in. I love the neighborhood and being able to walk everywhere. It’s also a short drive away from the beach !!
