The maintenance team at Marcis Pointe is the best I've ever had the pleasure of dealing, just excellent!
They are always on time with no excuses if it can't be fixed they replace it.

Best Maintenance Team
Yes the Maintenance team is ways very knowledgeable on repairs and provide feedback that si as a person living with a disability can understand and comprehend Dante is always considerate of my time and comfort re required repairs or upgrades/replacements.

I enjoy the apartment I live in its for people over 50years or older, I am 66 years of age years of age , but still have to work part time to help make ends meet, I have been here going on 5 years, the place is new, its nice and pretty has A pool A computer room, A gym A lot of good people live here, I am on the second floor wish I was on the third, its in A nice quite place,
