I have been living here for quite a few years now and continue to enjoy my time here as a resident. The office is always clean and helpful to me when I have a question and issue. More frequent events have gone on and able to make some of them with my work schedule.

Neighborhood needs work, landscaping and especially parking lot needs to be paved. Kids in the neighborhood definitely need a playground and would be nice to have a few picnic tables in different sections of the neighborhood. Maintenance and staff are great, nice neighbors.

almost everything is perfect! the apartment itself is great, my experience with maintenance and speaking with the office has also but great. only complaint is rowdy neighbors. screaming and drifting in and out of the parking lot/speeding through is a daily occurrence. even though they throw trash everywhere, i am impressed when how well the complex maintenance picks everything up!

Would like the maintenance requests to be filled faster To much emphasis seems to be put on the remodling apartmens Landscaping still needa an improvement and dumpster areas are still a concern
