Great area to live in. Office staff are friendly. When you have any questions they are ready with an answer. Maintenance staff are awesome, when you need a repair or have general questions they are always willing to assist.

I’ve been here since October of 2025 and I genuinely like the area. My biggest complaint has to do with some kids running around at 9pm/10pm and it’s only because I have a toddler who is asleep at that time. I also have dogs. When the dogs hear the kids, they bark and the barks wake my daughters.
Office staff is friendly and polite. Property is kept relatively clean and tidy for the most part. Issues are addressed. Office works with you when things happen.
Residents and their guests like to... speed in the parking lot on occasion but it’s not a constant thing.
Overall, I’m very happy here. I love the walking/jogging trail as well.

Good area. Good employees. Incredibly loud neighbors. Kids run wild and destroy stuff for fun so make sure to have a camera pointed at your vehicle. Apartments are well maintained. Not so much for the exterior. Great starter apartment especially if you have kids. Although there's no playground for them, there is a basketball court and pool.

While I understand the enforcement of parking rules, there are more urgent issues that need attention. The property is poorly maintained, with trash, broken trees, and unkept landscaping. The pool area is in terrible condition, with reports of rodents, very dirty bathrooms, and broken walls.
The tennis court has no net and has been unusable for over a year, despite requests and promises to replace it. Amenities here do not meet basic standards. These areas should be secured, with access limited... to residents only by key or card.
Other communities offer features like EV charging stations, even if paid, showing better organization. This community has great potential, but these issues should be prioritized so residents can enjoy clean, safe, and functional spaces.
