I’ve notified the maintenance team, the leasing office, and the management company that my central A/C is not working. I’ve submitted multiple work orders, spoken with staff in person, emailed, and called. Despite all of that, I continue to receive shifting explanations, and the only time I get any information is when I reach out myself. Even then, the responses are vague, and the repair keeps getting pushed back with no real progress.

Leasing agent/Process Shanna was amazing throughout my entire experience—from the application process all the way to making sure my move-in went smoothly. I asked her countless questions along the way, and she never made me feel like I was a bother. Even after I moved in, I had a few concerns, and she made sure they were addressed and that I didn’t have to worry about them, which really put my mind at ease. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been friendly and welcoming. I truly felt... embraced and supported from the start.

Maintenance Submitted service request for (4) different things on Tuesday evening , they were closed out as completed before 8:30 a.m which was a lie . I resubmitted same thing happened . I went to the office to raise he’ll . Was met with empathy and understanding from Mr. Tony .he assured me he would take care of the problem and writhi the hour . Everything he could repair he did .
