I’m still awaiting resolution for the water leakage in the bathtub area.
I have been requesting resolution since November it before. My water bill is being affected by this leaking I’m sure.

Staircase smokers I would rate the apartment an A overall—the features are great. However, my main concern comes down to the environment I want for my kids. Lately, there has been ongoing police activity and residents smoking marijuana in the staircases. The smoke often travels into my unit, which is very frustrating.

I’ve notified the maintenance team, the leasing office, and the management company that my central A/C is not working. I’ve submitted multiple work orders, spoken with staff in person, emailed, and called. Despite all of that, I continue to receive shifting explanations, and the only time I get any information is when I reach out myself. Even then, the responses are vague, and the repair keeps getting pushed back with no real progress.

Renewal of lease Did it online. Process was quick and easy. Better than having to come in and renew. Im glad i had this option to do so
