Excellent Living
I gave an excellent review because I truly love living here. The Manager, Tammy is extremely helpful and has implemented many awesome activities to bring the residents together. I have been living here 9 years. There is plenty of places to fish close by. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and have extremely friendly residents surrounding us. We are within walking distance to shopping and plenty to do. Sims Park in downtown New Port Richey less than a mile away. On the cottee river, it has... a kids playground, amphitheater, which has many concerts and have booked well-known bands to play there. As far as my apartment it’s perfect for me. And if there is a problem, our maintenance department is top-notch. Anytime I’ve had a problem and usually Mike is here in no time to help.. again it’s an awesome complex and happy to call it my home.

Excelent response
I had a problem with the air conditioning unit; I reported it to management through the Resman app and received an immediate response. The service was timely and efficient, and the staff was respectful and polite.

Kitchen Faucet
My kitchen faucet just started spouting all over the ceiling n floor! I thought it would be days before it was fixed to my surprise Michael was here the same day fixed quickly with absolutely no mess left behind! A big thank you to Michael, you’re appreciated

Garbage disposal was leaking badly causing a lake under the sink.
Maintenance came on Monday assessed the situation and the next day installed a new food waste disposer . Very happy with the speed in which the problem was handled. Maintenance was quick , friendly, neat and efficient .

Poor management
This would be a great place to stay if the property manager changes. The manager is rude and disrespectful. She is demeaning to the residents and at times yells at them. I have seen this first hand. Unprofessional management
