My Son and His wife chose Wilton as their home and I couldn’t be more impressed. The moment you enter the facility, you are welcome by the smell and cleanliness of a luxury hotel. The included amenities complement the luxury hotel experience and each amenity is maintained to the standard you can truly appreciate. The move in was a seamless experience and the true amenity here is the community feel the residents provide. The residents appear to be a wonderful mix, and they say hello and they... hold doors (you don’t get that everywhere). The staff is friendly, helpful and courteous, Nina and Gianna clearly care and follow up to make sure your needs and concerns are addressed and passed to the staff to be addressed when needed. The communication from management that may seem in excess is actually a blessing to inform residents of standards to maintain the best in class tenant experience. I know this review may be long, but Wilton truly has provided a luxury experience to me every time I visit, and has created a home for my son and daughter in law. I cannot wait for the many memories to be made here playing with their kids when that time comes.

My girlfriend and I were very impressed with the Wilton’s community, from the grounds, floor plans, and amenities we were blown away. Gianna was very knowledgeable and convinced us this will be our next home when we are in our window to apply. She is a great asset to the community and we can’t wait to move-in!

We just renewed for another 15 months! We love our 2 bedroom here. I especially love the enclosed and air conditioned hallways and mail room. This complex was brand new when I moved in, the finishes are very high end and clean. The staff, including Kristin. Nina, Gianna, Scott and Carlos and always here to assist and they also have great community gatherings!

This was my first time looking for an apartment and Gianna made it the easiest process by far. She was so helpful helping me find the correct apartment that fit my needs. She didn’t try to upsell me on anything. She was very transparent with the whole process. She was very attentive and responded so quickly to any of my questions. The property is beautiful. It’s always quiet. I have zero complaints!!

The apartments and amenities are all beautiful and clearly well taken care of. All of the staff is unbelievably helpful. My finance and I were looking for apartments in Palm Coast. For the price and quality, definitely the best within the area. Gianna helped us look at 3 different room layouts. She worked with our work schedules and never once made us feel rushed. Moving into a new apartment we have had a bunch of questions and she has been happy to help with all of them. Both Nina and Gianna... made our renters experience easy.
