I lived in this apartment complex since April 2024, and I don't believe I have ever seen a complex decline as much as Stillwater Palms have.

The conditions of the apartment have rapidly declined. My apartment building contains a lot of roaches, bats inside the building, and ants. Our patio is falling apart as well.

The Maintenance Staff will often close my service request without actually doing any work or leaving any comments. And it is quite the turnstile at the office. I'm greeted with new... faces each time I enter the office so I imagine they have a hard time keeping there too. Even my neighbors broke their lease and left last weekend.

Ive lived here for six months with my child in elementary, it is unsafe and filthy, not a place for children or families. It always smells like weed, snd the people are the epitome of white trash, horrible

Both the manager and assistant community manager were excellent. They helped me navigate my move in with ease. Both were extremely friendly and professional. Moving from Chicago they went above and beyond in their approach to get me into my new home secured in a timely manner.

Staff is a joke never responds to maintenance requests like to laugh in your face when you go to the office to address a concern because they never answer the phone. Don't live here they also have roaches.
