We love encore. They are always responsive to any request. The sales office are just wonderful. Our activities are incredible and keep us going. Always looking forward to our next activity. Encore is, by far, the best place I have ever lived.

My friends and relatives think the price of the villas are outrageous. We are concerned about the number of vacant units and at the time of my lease renewal there will be a significant increase to offset the loss bring incurred with Greystar.

My husband and I are so delighted to be here at Encore. We relocated from Long Island NY, sold our home and here we are. We are looking for a 55 community, as we looked at so many beautiful home communities, we find it very hard to move from Encore. The amenities are amazing, you can’t compare. The people, the staff and the convenience of having a restaurant on the premises with a bar! you just can’t beat it. Encore we truly love it here!!!
