Considering my last apartment, this place has been such a welcome change. I would say that there are a lot of rules compared to other places that I’ve lived, but they are for creating a comfortable environment for all that live there. Excluding the pricing for the rent I would give winthrop west a 10 out of 10 for living

Great management team, they are polite and professional. Quiet and peaceful community with the best maintenance team. Had a water leak later in the evening and the maintenance team came and resolved the issue within an hour that I put in a ticket for repair.

We just moved in this month and have a wonderful experience! Shout out to Tyler for giving us a tour and helping us throughout the move-in process. This was easily the smoothest transition I have experienced from an apartment complex. The unit was clean and in great shape upon move in. The location is fairly central without excessive traffic noise. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and the complex is well taken care of. Highly recommend if you're looking for an apartment.
