The grounds are park like. We are literally 2 minutes from I275 & i am in back of property. The office is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance fixes everything the same or next day. My fur babies get their own patio that they share with us. On property laundromat is convenient & cheaper than off property ones.

Staff and everyone is so friendly! Sheila and Lucille are so nice and welcoming every single call before move in! Beautiful grounds and apartment was perfect on move in! The location is prime. Residents are always smiling and waving. Feels very welcoming. Club house is beautiful. Happy to be a resident!

Property is beautiful and well maintained. The community is very peaceful and a great value. The staff in the office made the move in process smooth as silk. The apartment was as promised and I moved in sight unseen and was very pleased.

What a lovely community! You can't tell that the apartments were built in 1968-69. The property is immaculate and beautiful near the water. The apartment is so clean and brand new appliances! I am thrilled to make this my new home with my cat, Lucy.

I have lived here for the last 32 years and my mom lived here 31 years after selling her home in 1978. I have lived in apartments my entire adult life and this is the best complex I have ever lived in. Staff is friendly. Maintenance response is quick and efficient. Any maintenance needed is resolved the same day. The complex is by far the prettiest around and the grounds are well kept and lots of green space. I plan on staying here forever. This is my home!
