Still feeling things out. Only concern is I hear everything through these thin walls. Even a phone ringing on vibrate! Too late to fix that problem so I guess we’ll see people’s patience and understanding levels

Management had been fantastic, and the maintenance team is the best. The property owner NEEDS to take seriously the situation with the dog waste. It’s is absolutely disgusting. Hire someone to deal with it, or set cameras to put a stop to it.

The staff is very helpful and nice when it was time for my move in, they made it easy and understandable when it came completing the application. Answered all my questions and more.

Nobody takes accountability here. They will ignore you for weeks even after you give them the $125 for the application fee. Then when you fight it they all of sudden want to be helpful and start reaching out. I was left ignored for 4 weeks, I was patient until I wasn’t. The units are nice but the property management and company needs to change. Oh and don’t bother asking them anything they will blame every issue on their 3rd party company….. if you’re moving in a rush. Save yourself the stress... and move else wear. Read More
