This property has the potential to be luxurious. However, stains and trash scents in the hallways, dirty stairwells, forgotten trash pick ups, stolen mail and packages, and aging appliances, make it more of an average complex, not worth the luxurious prices charged.

We have loved living here, great amenities, great staff, awesome FAST maintenance. Neighbors are my only complaint but that’s just kinda what you get in apartments sometimes. People don’t pick up after their dogs and sometimes are inconsiderate of noise occasionally.

I am quite honestly sick of other residents taking packages that don’t belong to them. I have had 6 missing packages since April. I complained to the office and it isn’t getting better. We need a better system perhaps more secured lockers. I seems that if I don’t pick up the package the same day and it isn’t secure in my box or locker, they sometimes disappear. I have to look at all packages not secured in the mail room daily if I know that something may be arriving. It is very disappointing.

I absolutely love my apartment! It's the perfect blend of cozy and functional, with plenty of natural light pouring in through the windows. The location is amazing - I'm just a short walk from the park, shops, and grocery. My neighbors are friendly, and the management team is super responsive. The apartment itself is beautifully designed. I've made it my own with some personal touches, and it feels like home. The best part? The pool.
