The security in this building is non-existent. I do not feel safe as non-residents have entry access. What we need is a lock on each door and accessible only to residents with a key. If ordering door-dash each resident MUST meet them downstairs in the main entrance. There is trash, plastic gloves, cobwebs and huge grease stains on the stairwells. Seems like the crew that collects our trash is careless and slipshod.
Addressing these issues is not only essential for resident safety and comfort,... but it is also to the owners' clear benefit. A secure, well-maintained building protects the value of the property and strengthens resident satisfaction. Location value and amenities can’t be beat. Extremely responsive management safe and clean. centrally located to mall shopping, restaurants, downtown Jensen, and downtown Stuart five minutes away

We really need cameras at the exits and in the elevator. There are many weird people walking around the community all day and night, making it feel unsafe.

First thing you have to understand is nowhere is perfect. The staff is friendly and accountable. For what the amenities are, they are nice and work well. I dont care for the pool being only 4ft deep since I'm 6'2" myself. It is nice though. Noise level depends on who is around you. Kids are kids, let them be kids. Parking is a problem. Spots fill up fast and if you're like me and work later 7PM most nights good luck parking near an entrance door. Not a bad place to live.
