Nice amenities and love our apartment. Maintenance is good as well but management could be better. Property has switched managers three times I believe since we’ve lived here. There’s also no follow ups or solutions for noise complaints so we’ve just accepted the noise for the upstairs neighbors that is constant most the day

I recently moved into Axis One Apartments, and overall, my experience so far has been very positive. The move-in process was smooth, management was responsive and helpful, and the leasing office made sure all of my questions were answered. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and in great condition upon arrival. I especially love the high ceilings, updated appliances, and spacious layout.

I was promised a reward card as a thank-you for being a great tenant and renewing my lease for another year. Unfortunately, the card has caused more frustration than benefit—I’ve encountered multiple issues trying to use it. Despite reporting the problems several times, nothing has been resolved. At this point, it feels like the promise was nothing more than smoke and mirrors.
As for the apartment community, it continues to be a pleasant place to reside. I do not, however, agree with paying... for services and do not use as in the trash pickup. I’ve paid for this service for 2 years & have never use it.
