Cortland Bayport is an awesome place to live as it is accessible to everything (airport, football stadium, downtown, cruise port), you name it! Also, the natural beauty of the property affords you the opportunity to see all kinds of marine life. If you take a walk on the dock on the bay side, you may get an opportunity to see manatee, sting rays, blue crabs, just to name a few! Additionally, the staff here is second to none! From the office staff to the maintenance staff to the landscape crew,... each member of those teams go above & beyond to ensure that your experience living here is great! I love it here!
