I have now been at Cortland for 5 months. It was a rocky move-in with some issues on their end, but ultimately management assisted in getting it all worked out. Now that I’ve lived here for a bit I love it. Community is very friendly, as is all the staff. Amenities are great, pools are always spotless. Kayak dock is a huge plus if you’re a water person, although it definitely needs an upgrade. I love that they have a non-smoking policy, even though people don’t always follow it. They have an... online system now to contact staff/report issues, which is nice and fairly fast. Overall I am very happy here with my choice and glad I chose Cortland. They do seem to make more of an effort with their renters than other places I’ve seen. So far so good.

The location is perfect, my family fell in love Cortland Bayport the very day we got the tour of the apartment. Pauline was welcoming, friendly and professional throughout the entire process.
