Poor management when you call about issues in the apartment no one answers even corporate there is mold and mildew in these apartments, and some people is very sick and they cannot take the mole and mildew someone needs to step up to the plate

I live here and I can never get anyone to return my call, text or email me back. They keep saying maintenance will come in to change filter and it hasn’t been changed since March 2026. All I talk to is Ai.

The office is always locked up and nobody will answer. Even if you make an appointment they won’t get back to you. Black mold is all in these walls. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

These apartments were not built right from the start so the problems were already in the units when people began moving in. This could've been a nice place to call home but with a manager who wouldn't do much and ignored work orders along with her brother who was the maintenance man but didn't have much knowledge of what he was doing let the entire complex just get worse. One building began sinking and sheet rock was tearing from walls, moisture and leaks caused black mold in some units and the... list goes on and on. There are too many issues here and even though the original manager and maintenance man were fired the new manager isn't doing anything either so the problems continue. Very well maintained apartments the property manager and the maintenance man are awesome if u ever need some fixed there one it . Can't have better staff to run it the rent is very affordable in this economy. Awesome place to stay and rent
