If you're looking to find a place to rent in Marietta please stay far away from 1625 Roswell rd (Bellingham apartments, roach infestations, bed bugs, I was at building 800 apt 828 trust me when I tell you you don't want to stay there unless you and infestation related. I caught my 2 years old holding a roach and almost putting it in her mouth. I contacted management they claimed there's nothing they can do about the infestation. you will be paying for pest control and end up with more rodents... and roaches than you can ever imagine. Please stay far away from Bellingham apartments Kimberly the property manager is the worse person to deal with she don't care all she does is justify everything you point out to her. You will get a bunch of run around I for to mention rats and mice are all over the place.

BEWARE!!!!
This property is the worst! Management sucks and maintenance ia horrible. there are constant issues with plumbing and leaks and your apartment flooding. if you want to wait up to a week for things to be fixed move right on in. the apartments are roach infested as well
