McEachern Village - 55+ Community is located in Powder Springs, Georgia in the 30127 zip code. This apartment community was built in 2020 and has 4 stories with 144 units.
First of all the property is simply beautiful with high-end features. However there is an ongoing odor of Marijuana which comes through the walls of bathroom and laundry alcove. Okay this property is supposed to be non smoking, go figure! So I have been here since October. The ongoing problem has been reported to management who said it's under investigation. However I was informed they must be on site where as I can call them to come witness the odor of Marijuana I have call on occasions however... the office hrs. differ from what is printed on a newsletter. So in other words nothing has been done about this odor of Marijuana invading my space. I pay my rent on or before time and do not appreciate being treated like crap! Being that I am the one that must inhale this 2nd hand smoke it is really horrible. So I do plan to leave this sorry yet beautiful property as soon as I find a nice apartment in decent community!

The management staff is welcoming and goes out of their way to make all the Residents and Visitors feel "at home". McEachern is a beautiful new community with a beautiful staff
