Apartments.com Has No Idea....
Apartments.com has absolutely no actual information on this property. Their absurd 2-star rating is total crap. This is a HUD subsidized seniors-only property built in the 1980's. The grounds and apartments are imaculate. Though part-time, the resident manager is pleasant, accommodating, and a consummate professional.
Admittedly, HUD-subsidized apartments can sometimes be horrible. This is not on of those properties. Apartment.com's rating is probably based on economic, and sometimes racial,... make-up of the property judgements. I'm a 62 year-old service-disabled Vietnam veteran. Thank God for this property. If I could, I'd give this property 10 stars.
