I honestly loved living here. The neighborhood was quiet, while still being close to pretty much everything I needed. The apartments themselves were incredibly quiet too. You barely even knew you had neighbors! Occasionally, if I was sitting in the living room late at night with everything completely quiet, I might hear my upstairs neighbor open their balcony door, but that was about it.
The apartment was the perfect space for me. It was spacious, comfortable, and extremely reasonably priced... for what you got. Maintenance was always on top of any issue I had, and the common areas and grounds were consistently well maintained. During the winter, plowing and snow removal were always taken care of promptly, which was definitely appreciated.
Stephanie, the property manager, was amazing. Such a wonderful person. I loved our little chats when she happened to be on the property at the same time I was coming or going. Communication was always clear, friendly, and professional, and I was always given proper notice before anyone needed to enter my apartment. I really appreciated how respectful they were of both me and my space.
Abe, the landlord, is genuinely such a sweet guy, and renting from him was a pleasure. He was always understanding and easy to communicate with. Anytime I had a problem or something came up, they were responsive and worked with me to help resolve it. I really can’t say enough good things about my experience with them.
I genuinely loved my space there and was sad to leave it. One of my favorite things was being able to watch the sunset right from my bedroom windows. It really felt like home, and I have a lot of good memories from my time there. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, affordable place with people who genuinely care about their tenants.

Not a bad apartment, no dishwasher though. Only real issues was we woke up with a bat in our bedroom and a couple months later a bat in a hallway. So maybe avoid if you don't want to spend thousands of dollars for rabies shots like we did! And apparently there is a big issue with the roof which they are not fixing. As well as the decks, they said when we moved in they would be replacing them and almost a year later they are just painting them. And have only re done 1 after tenant complained... multiple times. And construction on the deck includes just replacing boards and consistently doing it between the hours of 5-10 pm without notice.
