Cats wander in the hall (one resident even has a bowl of cat food outside his/her unit), dogs off the lease, neighbors make noise during quiet hours (even after multiple complaints to management), some porches with a bunch of crap on them (one looks like a daycare center at a trailer park). Hardly any activities here so don't plan to put your elderly parent here with the expectation that there are other residents to hang out with. They will end up sitting alone in their apartment all the time.
