Our renters love living here because of the great fellowship they have with each other. The community is small which makes it easy to get to know the other renters and offers a great variety of activities (Card games, Dominos, Happy Hours, etc.). We... offer transportation to appointments, planned activities such as bimonthly lunch outings and grocery shopping at Fareway. Other amenities we offer are, secured entrances, monthly blood pressure clinics, maintenance services, light housekeeping, on site laundry and much more! All utilities are included with the rent (electric, water, cable, telephone, internet (wi-fi), garbage/ recycling). We offer restaurant style meals in the dining room for lunch and supper, a coffee bar and pastries for breakfast every Tuesday and Thursday.
