My senior relative lives here and has bed bugs in his apartment. The management will not fumigate the whole building but instead does one apartment at a time. This is not an effective way of addressing the issue. What needs to happen is the whole building is fumigated at once or the bugs will just return.
We have also tried to hire an independent pest control but management will not give permission for them to do this.
Very sad for the residents.
